Reatta Ridge neighborhood has leasing restrictions governed by the Fourth Amendment to the Reatta Ridge CCRs managed by the HOA. Leased homes are restricted to 15% max of properties and are allocated per phase as shown in the chart below.
Prior to offering a home for lease it must be submitted to the board of directors for consideration. Approval is awarded in the order the requests are received.
The chart below is updated periodically and subject to change at any time. Requests may be emailed to the board at board@reattaridge.org, please include the owner information, property address, and requested lease date.
