The annual meeting is November 13, 2023, at 7 PM. Please come back and register on this site when you are joining the meeting so that we can get a count to qualify that we have a quorum and can hold the meeting. This year we must have 71 homes represented by either attending the Zoom Meeting or by proxy to make quorum before the meeting can be held.
If you cannot attend, please submit a proxy online at 2023 Annual Meeting Owner Proxy Form – Reatta Ridge. In the event that we do not make quorum the meeting will have to be rescheduled, so it is extremely important that you submit a proxy if not attending.
Also, the member assigned as your proxy must be present at the meeting. You may designate your proxy as: Presiding Officer to ensure that your proxy is validated.
The Zoom Meeting does require registration to join the meeting, however the information needed to confirm eligibility to join the meeting is not included in the information Zoom requires.
