Reatta Ridge leasing is governed by Article 5, Section 5.15 of the CCRs, as amended by the Fourth Amendment. No more than 15% of the dwellings within any individual Part of Reatta Ridge may be leased at one time. Part I consists of Phases 1 & 2, Part II consists of Phase 4, and Part III consists of Phases 3 & 5.
To lease a home, the owner must submit a request to the Board for approval before offering the property for lease. Requests must include the owner’s name and property address, and should be emailed to board@reattaridge.org.
If the Part in which the owner’s dwelling is located has an open lease slot, requests are approved in the order received. If the Part is at its 15% cap, the request is placed on a waitlist; when a slot opens, the Board approves waitlisted requests in the order they were received.
