The 2025 annual assessments have been invoiced. Please note that the assessment fee is $425 and is due by January 1, 2025.
First Service Residential will be assuming be assuming the responsibilities of collection immediately, however their portal may not reflect the correct account balances until Friday December 13, 2024, however payments can be made on their portal beginning immediately at this link http://bit.ly/txresidentportal. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days for payments to post to your account. If you have any questions or issues setting up your account, please contact First Service at 877.378.2388.
If you are a new resident, please wait until 12/13/2024 to set up your account, your account information has been forwarded to First Service and they will have the accounts added by time. If you have any questions or issues setting up your account, please contact them at the number above.
Any payments received after today will be forwarded to First Service for processing. If you would like to mail your payment to First Service Residential at the address below, the payment MUST INCLUDE your First Service Residential Account Number and Property Address with your payment.
