The Reatta Ridge Owners Association annual meeting was held VIA Zoom on 11/14/2022 at 7 PM and we greatly appreciate those who took time to join the meeting or submit a proxy for the meeting. We had 25 member homes present at the meeting and 74 proxies including 59 from the builders in phase 4.
We had some technical issues during the login and the meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM.

Election – We had three positions open on the board this year, Doug Smith stepped off the board but will be assisting in some areas going forward and a former board member Garry Delong agreed to run again along with current board members Clay Cole and Kenneth Harbin. Nominations were taken during the meeting, but there were no additional nominations or volunteers, and the election was carried out with Garry Delong, Clay Cole, and Kenneth Harbin being elected for two-year terms. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
